They can ask you questions in the live chat, which makes them instantly feel a connection with you. • Show a product or service in real life: Your customer wants to know what he’s actually going to get, after clicking “buy”. So create content in which you show how your solution works in real life. Do you have a great accounting program? Show customers how it works from the inside, what problems it solves. If you sell clothes, then create content showing them on different types of models. Such videos convince the customer to buy, because they know exactly what they will receive.
