Kleding en accessoires - kleed je goed aan voor het videoformaat

Als je je voorbereidt op je eerste presentatie voor de camera, vraag je je vast af wat je die dag aan moet trekken. Vergeet niet een stijl te kiezen die past bij het onderwerp en het formaat van de opnames. 

Het belangrijkste is dat je je goed en comfortabel voelt in de gekozen outfit. Je wilt niet denken aan een ongemakkelijke spijkerbroek tijdens de opnames. 

Als je naar de opnames moet en enkele uren in een trein of auto zult zitten, kun je je beter niet meteen in je outfit kleden. Pak het in, hang het op een kleerhanger en kleed je ter plaatse om. Zo voorkomt er kreukels of onvoorziene viezigheid (bijvoorbeeld tijdens het koffiedrinken). Natuurlijk, als je alleen de gelegenheid hebt. Je kunt de producenten vragen of er een kleedkamer of iets dergelijks beschikbaar is op het terrein.

Als je aankomt, kun je benaderd worden door iemand met een lavalier microfoondie, afhankelijk van de videoproductie, aan een deel van je kleding wordt bevestigd.  

Enkele tips over welke kleding je wel of niet moet kiezen voor video-opnames:

• Vermijd alle tinten groene kleding als je weet dat de opname op een groen scherm plaatsvindt... 
• Witte en zwarte overhemden zijn geweldig, maar niet altijd voor de lens van de camera. In combinatie met het licht kan een wit overhemd er grijs en oud uitzien, en een zwarte kleur is geen goede keuze als je een zeer lichte huid hebt. Er kan een contrast ontstaan waardoor je er ouder uitziet. 
• Vermijd zeer kleine patronen van ruitjes en strepen. Ze kunnen later rare effecten veroorzaken op het beeldscherm van de kijker.
• Het is de moeite waard een riem te hebbenhet is handig voor de bemanning om de microfoon aan vast te klemmen. 
• Draag geen sieraden die veel geluid maken of tegen meubels of de lavalier-microfoon botsen (Bijvoorbeeld veel verschillende armbanden aan één hand). Het geluid dat dergelijke armbanden maken telkens wanneer je je hand beweegt, kan zeer onaangenaam zijn voor mensen die opnemen en toekijken. 
• Het is beter om glimmende kleren te laten liggen voor andere gelegenheden. Ze kunnen licht weerkaatsen, waardoor het beeld en je outfit er niet goed uitzien.
• De kleur marineblauw en blauw worden geassocieerd met professionaliteit - een goede keuze wanneer je kennis wilt overbrengen, vertrouwen wilt wekken.

Hoe presteer je goed voor de camera? 

Als je wacht op een live speech, ben je waarschijnlijk gestrest over de gebeurtenis. Je kunt veel van die stress van je afschudden door je emoties toe te geven aan jezelf en aan iemand in je omgeving. Een kort woord of een slimme grap over dit of iets anders in het begin zal je helpen de spanning die je voelt los te laten. 

Als de situatie je niet toestaat een grapje te maken, moet je anders denken. Als je op het podium staat, voel je je geobserveerd en beoordeeld door iedereen - dat is echter niet het geval. Zelfs als je de enige persoon op het podium bent, in het schijnsel van de lichten, is iedereen er om zich te concentreren op zijn werk of om te luisteren naar wat je te zeggen hebt of om gewoon een leuke tijd te hebben. Dit is een groot avontuur en met de rest van dit artikel ken je alle geheimen. Neem nog wat tips, als je goed en professioneel wilt presteren.

• Kijk tijdens het gesprek naar je ondervraagde..., praat gewoon met hem of haar als een mens. Als je tegen een camera praat, is de lens de persoon waarmee je praat. 
• Als je staat, vermijd dan het heen en weer zwaaien. Gebruik je handen om je gedachten te verwoorden. Dit lost het probleem op van wat je met je handen en je lichaam moet doen. Probeer een rechte positie aan te houden. Zelfs als je zit, probeer dan rechtop te blijven, niet voorovergebogen. 
• Als je klaar bent met spreken, probeer dan je ogen en adem even in te houden, bevries je houding en kijk waar je naar keek. Zo kan bijvoorbeeld een videobewerker je toespraak afmaken zonder vreemde gezichtsuitdrukkingen of bewegingen in het laatste beeld.
• Waar en hoe handen vasthouden is een individuele zaak. Probeer echter niet met je handen voor je gezicht te zwaaien, noch elke seconde de positie van je handen te veranderen (eenmaal in je zak, eenmaal op je heup, eenmaal gekruist). Onze handen moeten schommelen tussen de heuplijn en de borst en je helpen praten.
• Vermijd het onnodig aanraken van je gezichtzorg ook voor een kapsel waardoor je jezelf niet constant hoeft te corrigeren. 

Gesprek voor de camera - hoe je jezelf uitdrukt. 

Wanneer je erachter komt dat er tijdens het gesprek een camera aan zal staan, voel je je misschien meteen wat ongemakkelijk. Veel mensen stressen over wat ze zullen zeggen en hoe ze zullen spreken, omdat ze weten dat ze zullen worden opgenomen. Er zijn echter een paar tips om je te helpen gewoon jezelf te zijn. 

• In plaats van een zin te beginnen met "eeee" of "yyyy" - geef jezelf een seconde om over je antwoord na te denken over je antwoord en begin dan een grammaticaal correcte zin. 
• Maak je geen zorgen over fouten, woorden door elkaar halen of een verspreking is iets natuurlijks. Mensen merken dit meestal niet op bij het bekijken van een opgenomen gesprek of een livestream. Corrigeer het woord indien nodig, en ga dan verder met je toespraak. Natuurlijk zijn er situaties waarin een perfecte scripttekst moet worden gebruikt, dan is het beter om de crew te horen en een nieuwe take op te nemen. Het opnemen van een paar shots op een gescripte, complexe tekst is niet ongebruikelijk.
• Als er een microfoon voor je neus staat, probeer er dan naar toe te spreken, draai je hoofd niet opzij terwijl je spreekt. Je kunt dingen en mensen naast je aanspreken door je hoofd opzij te bewegen terwijl je je mond op dezelfde afstand van de microfoon houdt.
• Spreek duidelijk en rustig, haast je niet. Je klinkt dan minder gestrest en mensen zullen gemakkelijk begrijpen wat je zegt.
• Spreek tot je publiekzelfs als je het publiek niet kunt zien. Stel je voor dat je steeds tegen een groep mensen spreekt. Als je de toehoorders ziet, praat dan kort met één persoon tegelijk en wissel tussen de rest van de zaal. 
• Maak aantekeningen voor jezelf (als je die tijdens de opname kunt hebben). Maar vergeet niet te vertellen, niet te reciteren van een stuk papier.
• Probeer je te ontspannen voordat je aan je toespraak begint. Haal een paar keer diep adem en maak je ademhaling gelijkmatiger. Concentreer je op het gesprek.

Welke make-up ziet er goed uit op de camera?

Als je op TV gaat optreden, moet je niet verbaasd zijn als je voor de show wordt uitgenodigd in de make-up ruimte. Zelfs mannen dragen make-up tijdens opnames, het is een normale zaak. Make-up brengt de huidskleur in balans, vermindert een stralend gezicht en helpt sommige onvolkomenheden te maskeren. Make-up, zelfs lichte make-up, zorgt ervoor dat je gezicht er goed, maar natuurlijk uitziet in de cameralens. 

Als je de make-up zelf doet, wat moet het dan zijn om er goed uit te zien voor de camera? 

• Kies een make-up die past bij de gelegenheid en het onderwerp van de opname, als je over serieuze dingen gaat praten, kies dan niet voor een zeer sterke kleurrijke make-up, die het publiek kan afleiden.
• Vergeet niet dat poeder de absolute basis en het minimum isPoeder laat je gezicht niet glimmen en ziet er natuurlijk uit. Sterke lampen (en vaak de stress die daarmee gepaard gaat) zorgen ervoor dat de huid meer sebum gaat produceren. Als er geen make-up beschikbaar is, en je draagt geen make-up, gebruik dan een papieren handdoek om je voorhoofd, controles, neus en de rest van je gezicht af te vegen. Het zal wat glimmen wegnemen als een snelle oplossing.
• Het is beter als de make-up niet te veel glimt, dan kun je raar oplichten in de camera, matte make-up is zeker beter. Je zult merken dat de studio en film make-up, meestal wat sterker is.

Er wordt gezegd dat "film" of "TV" make-up sterker moet zijn dan normale make-up. Als je geen ervaring hebt, doe dan je make-up zoals gewoonlijk of laat de professional het op de shoot doen.

You can also use products from your company and create content around them. This way you also make yourself known and show your flow.  

Take care of the quality of the content and form.
